2. Products and Print-on-Demand Process
- All products are printed on demand by a third-party provider.
- Each item features original illustrations protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations may occur between the displayed images and the final product.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders can only be placed online through our website badsketchclub.com.
- Prices are displayed in [€/USD] and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full via the available secure payment options (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Production and Shipping
- As all items are made to order, please allow 2/3 business days for production.
- Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping provider (an estimated delivery time is communicated to you in the basket when you place your order).
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival (photo proof + order reference required).
- Production errors (e.g., incorrect design, wrong size).
If you experience any issues, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the problem. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
